I think the concept, effort, program and coaches are all excellent! My son enjoys his time at Kids Strong and so do all my friends kids!

We as parents have seen wonderful improvement with our daughter over a short time. She enjoys going to class and is finding her voice and confidence.

The coaches seemed to be attentive to every single kid in the class and paying attention to their individual needs regarding their performance in the activity.The place was super clean and they had a good grasp of time.

Coaches are all engaging and super energetic. If one child is hesitant to do a course or out of the course, they helped parents deal with them and guided them with understanding and positivity that they can do it. If not, they respected children’s pace and let them enjoy the space! They build friendships over time with all the children and parents as well!

Mark absolutely loved it. Lots of positive energy from trainers.
