Awesome activity for physical and social interaction for young ones. All the coaches are friendly and attentive and are well trained. It does help if the class has fewer kids though.

It was an amazing class the only thing specifically for my child is I feel she is a bit advanced and will speak to the coaches on what we can do if she could possibly join the 5 year and up class but we only had just one class so we will see how it goes

Coach Ark is amazing!!! My son has gained an incredible amount of confidence from participating in KidStrong and has learned so many skills already. We are always excited to come back for his class every week! Coach Amanda also rocks!
