My girls are so much strongerin everyway than they were before they started . Much much more confident in all they do . They are not afraid to try new things at all .The coaches are all fantastic , friendly , helpful and always such a big cheerleaders for all the kids . They know everybody by name . We love all the coaches ❤️

We’ve only been for the one trial class so far but it was awesome and I foresee this being very beneficial to my son’s confidence and personal growth. Excited to see what the future holds for him with the help of kidstrong!

My girls have had a great time on each class. They love it! And the coaches are always kind and take the time to explain the exercises when the kids are having trouble to perform them.

KidStrong is the best! I wish this existed when I was a kid. I have a son and a daughter in the program and it has been amazing
