I don’t think so. Everyone is very wonderful at Kidstrong and has been very helpful. A drop in pass would be something great. I’m not sure that’s possible but it would be great

No, just life happens, they are young and we want to explore many sports and activities and did not have time for them all, so we had to sacrifice one and kidstrong was selected.We did love it while we were there but we prioritized other activities.

Yes, be more accommodating, more kind. We miss Steve. He was a much more customer service oriented GM.
