I have seen such an improvement in my daughter's confidence! She also loves learning how she can be strong and how exercise can be fun! I love that they are not only being active but learning important life skills like, "grit, sportsmanship, teamwork" etc.! Highly recommend.

The team has been great to work with. I wish the app allowed divorced or separated families to have similar access and view status of how their kid is doing

I highly recommend KidsStrong CrossFit classes. They help kids build confidence, stay active, and develop healthy habits in a fun and motivating environment. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable, and great with children, making each class both safe and enjoyable. It’s a fantastic way for kids to improve strength, coordination, and discipline while having a great time.

I think it’s a great way for kids to burn off energy and the coaches are so friendly and caring. My only somewhat negative feedback is that I thought it was a walking - 2 years old class and my 14 month old is definitely the youngest of the class and I feel like many of the challenges are way above his developmental skill set.
