This program is so fun for the kids. They learn confidence and other life skills while also being encouraged to run, jump, climb and act as all kids want to act. The coaches are engaging and kind. And when children need redirected, they do so in a way that doesn't make the child feel like they're being scolded or doing something wrong. It's just a simple redirect to something fun. I recommend KidStrong to all my parent friends!

The class was really cool and out 12-month-old seemed to have a blast once he warmed up to the space and the couches. The coaches were very welcoming, approachable, and patient, as was the owner. We'll definitely be back once out little one is a little older and better able to participate in the activities and receive more of the benefits of the program. This will likely be at about 14-15 months old.

Kidstrong gave me the opportunity that in many places they denied me because my son was medically complex. They accepted my son as he was, supported me and celebrated his progress with me. And they gave me the opportunity to practice behavior, wait, and follow instructions while we are still on the waiting list to take behavioral therapies. In my quest to practice with my son on my own I found Kidstrong and he really is the best place.

They really want every individual kid to feel valued.

Coach Sergio does an amazing job connecting w/ the kids. Coach Anthony brings lots of energy to class. KidsStrong is a well organized, fitness class which helps my children interact w/ their peers. We love the confident mantra, practice of handshakes & eye contact @ begining of each class. Coach Jack & Jacey have made it very easy to reschedule missed classes.

Kid Strong is absolutely amazing and I'm beyond happy with enrolling our kids! Mileena has absolutely become obsessed with it! She loves the coaches (Sergio and Anthony) they are very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly! The engagement the kids have with everything they offer is awesome!

We’ve had our daughter in several activities but none measure up to Kidstrong. They’re busy the entire class, they’re learning to be strong, brave, and know they can accomplish any challenge. I convinced my wife that this is perfect for Magnolya, so we’ll be joining Kidstrong!

The back walls could use some redoing. It’s kind of damaged from the mats or tires or whatever it’s from.other than that, it’s very clean and very nice
