We took our son for the free session and immediately signed up for more sessions. I love that they offer a trial session before committing to a contract and payment. The coaches were amazing and provided all information necessary before making our decisions to commit to kidstrong. We cannot wait to go back next week and to see our son’s confidence and skills grow!

Each and every coach does a great job meetings kiddos wherever they are with their personalities. My daughter looks forward to making it through the levels and seeing her friends!

We have been with KidStrong North Hills for the past 2.5 years, and during this time Saanvika has had a wonderful experience while making significant progress in her skills and confidence. The coaches have consistently encouraged her to learn new skills and explore her potential in a positive, supportive, and cheerful environment. However, during her last two sessions, Saanvika experienced what felt like insensitive behavior from one of the coaches. At times, she was shut down when she was moving more slowly through the course and did not receive the guidance, encouragement, or redirection that would have helped her succeed and stay engaged. While we understand that every coach has a different style, this approach felt inconsistent with the supportive environment that KidStrong has always provided. We hope this was an isolated experience and that it can be addressed moving forward. KidStrong has always been a happy place for Saanvika, and we look forward to seeing it continue to be a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for her growth.
