The staff and coaches have been amazing with both of my children, Shaylynn and Callan. Coach Trey is always helpful with scheduling the classes and explaining the facility policies. And each coach always remembers the names of my children each week even if they've only met them once. It's amazing but gives it that homey feel and makes the kids feel special. I love the obstacle courses each week and all the different skills that both children learn. From learning to stand in line to physical skills like balancing, hopping,, and pulling up their own weight, each activity and obstacle course challenges them and helps the build confidence. We love KidStrong.

Really like the coaches and how they get to know the kids

I enjoyed the coaches approach to each kid and getting them to come out of their shell. My daughter was tense when we got there, but she was completely relaxed by the time the class was over.
