Although we've only been part of the KidStrong community for a few months, the transformation in our son has been remarkable! The atmosphere is energetic and inspiring, and we've watched his confidence grow with every class. The sessions are dynamic and engaging, led by enthusiastic coaches who truly know how to motivate and uplift. Our son talks about his gym all week long and proudly recites the KidStrong motto at home—it's clear he's found a place where he feels empowered. We're genuinely thrilled with our experience and grateful for the positive impact KidStrong has had on our family.

We love KidStrong! J works hard and enjoys his time there so much. He really pushes and challenges himself and feels good after every class. The coaches are all fantastic. So attentive and supportive. We are so happy we found you guys.I do just want to say that I liked the previous KS app better. It tracked the kids' achievements and kept track of all the pictures. Bring back the old app!

Our son is a very high energy kid and both the coaches and program at Kidstrong has been great for him! He learns a lot and is able to get some excess energy out constructively!
