My daughter loves the class. They promote healthy learning through activities and games. I recommend it and coach Haley is so positive and enthusiastic, all the coaches are great with the kids. They show all the kids attention and make sure no kid is left out.

The coaches have a great balance of encouraging kids to step out of their comfort zone without pushing them so hard or isn't fun anymore. My son hasn't even gotten his first level up yet, but he's braver, louder, and more outgoing in class than he was when he started.A few sessions ago, I got suddenly sick during the class and had to excuse myself to the restroom, just before the competition portion where they need a bit of parent guidance to stay on track. I let the coaches know and one of them stepped in to partner with my son so he could keep participating (which helped him not get freaked out by mom suddenly getting sick). I know that's absolutely outside their scope of responsibility, so I was extra grateful they were willing to do that.

Staff is so great with kids, cleanliness of facilities and great for building up our kiddo. He looks forward to class every week.

Since starting Kids Strong, we’ve seen a massive shift in our 8-year-old’s emotional regulation. She’s moved away from frequent tantrums and is finally coming out of her shell and communicating more, which has even led to noticeable improvements in her focus at school.

It is a positive and fun way to develop so many different skills. One thing I've noticed though is how loud it is, not because of the coaches or music or kids in class, but because of the parents and other kids watching in the seats. It gets so hectic in there I wonder if the kids taking the class can even hear the coaches sometimes.

We have been a member for over a year and I have seen my daughter grow so much confidence in doing hard things. I have also signed my son up for classes.
