This location is amazing. Each coach whether it's their first day or they're a seasoned vet approaches class enthusiastically and safely. Everyone is friendly and communicative and answers questions.

We’ve been so impressed since starting Kidstrong. The coaches are great and the classes are both fun and challenging. I love that the kids are exposed to emotional learning as well as physical and mental. We look forward to class every week!

Everyone has been so welcoming, positive, and patient with us. When my little one was feeling very overstimulated in a big class Coach Hailey suggested a different class and it ended up working great for us. That was very thoughtful of her!
