Coach Laura is the best. She’s patient and shows up everyday! The front staff are super helpful and will answer all your questions. We love Kidstrong and highly recommend to everyone.

KidStrong has not only been an outlet for energy for our 3ish year old but it’s taught her listening, eye contact, and confidence. She’s very timid when trying new things and coaches are constantly encouraging her to try something new.

We have seen such a great improvement in Henry’s confidence and we love the coaching & programming. I do wish the app was able to allow movement between classes better - I’ve had to call to cancel and reschedule since my app wasn’t allowing me to do so.

I’m really happy with it! Coaches are really nice and engaging with the kids. The assistance in general is great, if a have any question they always respond quickly and effectively, app is good an easy to reschedule and I do recommend it to my firnds. My child love it so much which It’s a big thing. 💕
