The staff and coaches are very supportive of the kids and work hard to help them succeed. I am happy with the content and the structure of the classes. It’s a nice change from your normal gymnastics. I also appreciate the staff’s willingness to make changes based on feedback.

My son has became a different kid. He was so scared and wouldn’t do the class without me. The coaches are so welcoming and he has gotten comfortable with them and he does the classes all by himself. Now he ask to go everyday.

All of the coaches make a special effort to engage with every child there. They are so patient and so energetic. They are natural leaders and it is a blast to watch them.

We love the energy and positive encouragement the coaches give to the kids. Our kids look forward to class every week and talk about how much they love their coaches. We love all of the different skills they teach the kids too.

Brady has only been in the program for a few weeks and I’m seeing huge improvements in his confidence, motivation, coordination and drive already. He looks forward to his classes and it’s exciting to see how much he is growing in the process. I need a cup of whatever the KidStrong coaches have in the morning bc they are electric, fun, energetic and great with the kids and keeping them motivated. Great job KidStrong! 💪👏👏
