Staff was friendly and welcoming! Coaches were motivating but, not overly pushy with the kids which was perfect for our son. He had a great time during his trial class once he warmed up to it.

This was my daughter's first class she was very excited and the experience was excellent we were greeted at the door the coach explained everything to me the process what they offer how to use the app and even book the classes very warming welcoming environment while I was there I seen the staff working with a group of kids on the other side as soon as they wrapped up the session I seen one of the staff come straight over sanitizing and cleaning the area that's all I needed to see I'm all in and my daughter love the session my daughter could be a little shy sometime when she feel pressured or challenged to do new things she shuts down she had no problem she felt very comfortable throughout the whole session thank you kids strong we will be back

I really appreciate the enthusiasm the staff has for children in general. I have seen so much growth in my son since starting the class. I highly recommend this program.

This is an amazing program! Coach Abby and Coach Steven are wonderful; kind, supportive, encouraging, and work so well with the children and the adults. The physical fitness aspects are great, and so are the self confidence, social, and self esteem builders.

It’s been a great growing experience for our toddler son. Coaches are encouraging and friendly to the toddler age group.

Great engaging program for our little one with just the amount of structure she needs.
