I love that it's building confidence in my kid while hes exercising his body!

It’s perfect for kids who need to get moving and be active in a structured setting. The coaches are high energy and interactive, while also giving lots of encouragement.

I truly see a change in my son’s ability and especially with his upper body strength.

Kyle immediately felt comfortable and was excited to become a member. The staff is very friendly, and I’m looking forward to seeing him thrive in this environment.

Staff was friendly and welcoming! Coaches were motivating but, not overly pushy with the kids which was perfect for our son. He had a great time during his trial class once he warmed up to it.

This was my daughter's first class she was very excited and the experience was excellent we were greeted at the door the coach explained everything to me the process what they offer how to use the app and even book the classes very warming welcoming environment while I was there I seen the staff working with a group of kids on the other side as soon as they wrapped up the session I seen one of the staff come straight over sanitizing and cleaning the area that's all I needed to see I'm all in and my daughter love the session my daughter could be a little shy sometime when she feel pressured or challenged to do new things she shuts down she had no problem she felt very comfortable throughout the whole session thank you kids strong we will be back
