It’s the first activity my son has loved and looked forward to each and every week. Every car ride is a worry we’ll be late and each class he’s full of smiles and laughs. It’s perfect programming.

The staff and coaches are so friendly to all the kids and make sure all abilities are accommodated for. In a world where some kiddos are left out, it’s so heartwarming to see that Kidstrong is a place where all can come and feel welcome!

The coaches make it enjoyable interacting with the kids along with getting each kid involved working out at their level no kid seems to be left out.

Coach Danny is amazing! Both of my kids love him. He does a great job relating to the kids and encouraging them to do their best.

The coaches rotate but I get the turnover is probably high. Coach Owen is great but coach Ahmed seems kinda quiet and may need more encouragement/confidence. My daughter has IED and Autism so sometimes she doesn’t want to participate and they give a lot of attention to it but it ignore it lol Overall a much better experience than any other place I’ve been so just know I’m happy with what we’ve got

My kid loves it. I love that they teach them life skills and confidence on top of the physical aspect.

It was my son’s first visit and his father said nothing but good things. One of the couches did amaizmg with redirection with our son, he isn’t used to following directions and I think it’s great they do that. He said it was also clean and evens the other parents were nice and helpful.

My son had a great experience and the staff was accommodating to his needs.

Based off of first impressions, my son wants to come back every day. And with that, we were very happy with our experience
