My daughter and I have a good time there. She loves her coaches and being “strong”. My only feedback is she doesn’t live “loud” and gets overstimulated easily. Especially when you many people or new people are telling her what to do. She lives her coaches from her regular scheduled class.

Staff is always very welcoming, coaches take their time with the kids and firstly my grandson feels very comfortable around them

KidStrong is a great program. The coaches are motivating and the activities/exercises are very good. It’s a good, fun workout for kids.
