Brilliant program, getting kids to not just move around, but interact with one another and the coaches, even from a very young age. The content is organized, evidence based, and actually keeps getting better! I love the new part where the kids are selected to help the coaches clean up, give awards, etc. - so unique, and the kids love it!

My granddaughter started KidStrong this summer. She’s leveled up to a Titan now and we have seen such progress in her self confidence, ability to make eye contact with new people, her agility and strength, ability to learn new tasks and follow directions and work together with others. ,
