Coaches and staff are always professional and remain patient with the kids (even when they don’t listen). As a mother of a 2 year old who loses focus easily, the coaches continue to adhere to the class programming even when there are kids (mine) disturbing the peace and not following along with instructions. It makes the experience easier as a parent, as their gentle redirection and understanding of difficult children creates a safe environment. The facility is always clean, and the kids friendly bathroom is amazing.

They have helped both of my son's confidence levels and gradually helping my one son with his fear of heights. They don't push a child when they are uncomfortable, the coaches talk them thru it and if the child isn't ready, they are understanding and never make the child feel like they've failed. They're patient and kind and ive never seen a coach dismiss a child because they were having a bad day. They are also energetic and put the kids first!
