The coaches (especially on Monday), have been amazing with my boys, especially Elliot. They love going to the gym, and have fun while learning grit and perseverance.

My son was shy at first but the coaches worked with him and got him out of his shell. He has even done 2 parents night out events that were his first time being without us and we came back to a happy kid!

We love Kidstrong. My two kids having been going for years. The coaches are great and patient with my kids. We love coach Aniyah. She has been our coach for years and has build a great relationship. Kidstrong has made my kids confident and better social kids.

My child has ASD and can struggle if anything is out of routine, the coaches always make my child feel included. Coach Taryn is a saint and we are so grateful for him.

My son looks forward to his class every week and loves the special events as well like parents night out! He has coach Taran and he goes above and beyond to make each class engaging and exciting for the kids.
