We have been going since it has started and it gets my son moving! The staff and coaches are great! The app is easy to use as well. My son’s first coach was Aniya and now he is with coach Araf and Ethan. They are good with getting the kids going because they engage them and help them correct their form when they do exercises.

Moving up in the ranks! My kiddos love KIDSTRONG!!! Teamwork, self esteem building, challenges mixed with fun. We always look forward to going. Coaches make workouts fun!(and sometimes the parents get to workout alongside the kiddos!) My kids have made some new friends as well.

Exceptional lead coach and staff. He makes for a positive, fun, and engaging environment which sets the tone for the duration of the class
