Moving up in the ranks! My kiddos love KIDSTRONG!!! Teamwork, self esteem building, challenges mixed with fun. We always look forward to going. Coaches make workouts fun!(and sometimes the parents get to workout alongside the kiddos!) My kids have made some new friends as well.

Saw a lad on instagram and I’ve been searching for constructive indoor play for my 5 year old! We tried a free class and signed up for a contract immediately. Cant wait to spend the winter active with my son and not worry that he’s not getting adequate physical activity!

Our children absolutely love KidStrong. Classes promote discipline and I noticed that our kids’ confidence and other skills have improved.
