Kidstrong has greatly improved my son’s athletic abilities, confidence, and willingness to try new things! We love it. Highly recommend!

I currently have 2 kids enrolled for about 7 months now, scheduling classes are very easy through the member app, I’ve had the pleasure to see my kids work with different coaches and all are so amazing, energetic and fun. It’s been a great experience so far.

Fun and educational program

Kidstrong is having a positive impact on my child's confidence and improving motor skills. Classes at times can be a little crowded but other than that it is a great place to send your kid.

The coaches are incredibly engaging and motivating, always making sure that every child feels encouraged to reach their full potential. The activities are challenging yet achievable, helping kids build strength, confidence, and discipline while having a blast. KidStrong has been a wonderful addition to our routine!!!
