Payson loved it, I loved the energy of the coach , she made it very fun and I’m excited to see what more is in store

We love our KidStrong experience in Lexington KY and we’re excited to see that there was one we could attend while visiting for the holidays! Easy to work with and we got our Alpha love kiddo into a class to get the winter wiggles out!

The staff is excellent and the location was clean. My son did not want to leave

We may rejoin.I understand there are various levels of kids and very different reasons for kids participating in KidStrong whether it to improve confidence, sensory issues, etc. with the coaches trying to manage all of that among 12-16 kids or so. For my son, I would like to see if the coaches would be able to focus more on technique and performing the exercise as correct as possible
