My son enjoys it! I love how flexible and fun the classes are for the kids.

Because I had a great experience and I love the concept even tho I believe there is room for improvement. I have not used the app so I couldn't give a higher rating.

Coaches took time to hands on teach my grandson the moves and keep him flowing with group. Great first class. He really loved the class

We are officially a KidStrong family over here! My 3-year-old is obsessed and gets so excited every time it’s ‘KidStrong day.’ I’ve loved watching his confidence grow, and the coaches do such an amazing job making it fun while still teaching real skills. It’s one of those things you sign up for your child… and end up loving just as much yourself!

KidStrong is a fabulous facility for kids to gain strength and confidence. The coaches are always engaged and the facility is spotless.
