As a stay-at-home parent, finding fun and age-appropriate activities is really important to me. KidStrong has been a great addition to our week. The classes are engaging, and I love that I get to do it with my son while we both have so much fun!

This has been the best thing for my son. He is very active and was standing out as the “high energy kid” in his other activities. He loves being able to use his body and do challenging things. The structure has also been really good for him, and I see his behavior improving in all areas of life because of it!
