I love how no matter the skills level of the kid each lesson meets them where they are and either grows their body or their confidence in trying. Being celebrated just as much for giving it a good try even if they can’t fully perform the task is huge!

The coaches make it fun and you can see the kids growing in all facets. For Freya, she could use more personal.attention and pushing but coach merideth did a great job doing just that Wednesday night!

We did a preliminary class and my 3 1/2 year old had so much fun. They called her by name and I loved the quality of each lesson that was so thought out. It’s not just a “gym”, it’s so much more. We are trying several different things, but I have a feeling KidStrong will be her choice.
