We love KidStrong and all the staff. They are the absolute best!

Kidstrong Oklahoma City does a great job of supporting the whole child- physical strengthening as well as social emotional support. The dynamic programming means there’s never a dull day at Kidstrong!

My 8 year old son is very shy, not great with socializing, and has low self confidence. We have only had one class so far at KidStrong and I saw a completely different side of him! He was outgoing, he felt like he fit in, they pushed his strength and he LET THEM! It was a beautiful moment for this mama to see, and a huge accomplishment for my son. He feels wonderful about him! We signed a 6 month contract and can’t wait for the next class!

We signed up before the center opened and started right away after it opened. The staff and equipment have always been great and we have made some great friends along the way too!

They communicate and answered all my questions. They were very professional and attentive to the kids needs as well.

It was an amazing class, my son really enjoyed himself and loved the exercises. He hates PE at school and while I was hoping he would like it, I didn't expect him to really love it and ask to go back. I was really amazed and not in a bad way. The only real downside is the price, idk if we can afford it. The drive is 30 mins from us and it's not horrible. The area is nice and there's a Sprouts next door and that's lovely.

The coaches are excellent! Kids love them

The facility is incredibly clean. The communication is great and it is welcoming. During my daughter’s first free trial class, i loved how included she was along with her cousin. I love that they have a captain of the class for the day and teaching leadership along with teamwork. We’re excited to continue our experience and watch my daughter flourish.
