We are officially a KidStrong family over here! My 3-year-old is obsessed and gets so excited every time it’s ‘KidStrong day.’ I’ve loved watching his confidence grow, and the coaches do such an amazing job making it fun while still teaching real skills. It’s one of those things you sign up for your child… and end up loving just as much yourself!

It’s engaging. Educational. Fun. There’s definitely a difference in coaches, however, I realize there’s multiple levels of where people are. And bigger classes sometimes a little or ones are less engaged or off being silly. I try to intervene when I see my kids not listening or paying attention, but I also want to give space for coaches to be coaches. I hear my boys saying I can’t and it’s too hard - which is something we work on messaging wise at home. I feel like they are improving in attention span, lot of silliness still and they like the games where the kids can beat the coaches or wrecking ball exercise was a hit. The more technical physical things I feel like sometimes coaches could see where a kiddo is struggling and pop in to help moreOne on one. If left unattended, I know mine just cut corners and half ass it ::-) I’m also trying as a Mom to let them be, instead ofForcing something I think they need. So I’m asking them this week do they want to continue. I want listened to as a child so this is a growth area for me as well. Love the program. Blake and Merideth are all stars - love you guys thr entire team.

I feel like I even noticed a slight improvement in my son’s confidence after the class. I love how the kids all have roles throughout the program and they learn a variety of things.

I think the experience for kids is awesome. I love the idea of kids having the opportunity to learn and have fun at the same time. I just hope that my grandson will adjust and have fun in order to continue.
