A good experience for my 4 yo grandson prior to participating in sports activities. Good for confidence and fun, but especially for his gross motor skills and coordination skills

Very good balance with everything! Amazing structure and direction. The coaches are so involved and just very encouraging with the kids.

It delivered what it advertised. Good memory activities and physical activities. Kind and patient staff.

My grandson loves going to KidStrong and wants to come more than once a week! I have fun with him and we’ve created some fun memories at KidStrong. He’s learning life skills while being physically active in fun ways. He loves his coaches and so do I. I have no regrets for taking the trial class. It’s been a fabulous find for us!

I didn't use the app, so gave the app 4/5 stars. Thank you for the amazing experience! Although the schedule for future class commitments didn't align with our availability,the trail class was a blast! Thank you for the opportunity!

My daughter has been taking KidStrong classes for a few years now, and she LOVES them! She is strong all over now, but especially her upper body strength. As parents, we appreciate how structured the classes are, and that they focus on soft skills as well. It's been an ongoing positive experience!
