I like the treatment of coaches and how they care about including new kids.

Bring back the features of the old app. Kids loved the progress tracking. Photos and gamified activities. The new app is just booking really. I don’t like sharing photos over insecure email. Go back to keeping photos protected by member account app access is best. Also multiple emails or accounts for mom and dad and/or grandparents to manage classes. Staff turn over rates are tough on the kids. The coaches are great but the turn over causes instability and anxiety in the kids.

The app is a terrible way to identify how many classes are left and available. I’ve tried to capture my 5th class in a billing cycle when there’s an extra one out there, and it’s always a trainwreck to do it
