My daughter has been taking KidStrong classes for a few years now, and she LOVES them! She is strong all over now, but especially her upper body strength. As parents, we appreciate how structured the classes are, and that they focus on soft skills as well. It's been an ongoing positive experience!

It’s been an amazing experience for Eli, helping him grow and develop physically and mentally.

The staff and coaches are always friendly and motivating to the children and their family.

My toddler was hesitant at first and needed time to warm up, the coaches were supportive and understanding. By the end of the first class he was doing all the challenges and having so much fun. He was so excited to get his jersey and is looking forward to going back!

I have seen the difference in my son and his confidence has bloomed. He loves goes to the classes , it's a great bonding experience for his dad and himself.

The coaches were very involved with the kids, they made the class fun and were teaching valuable lessons during the class like confidence and team work.

Coach Rush and Coach Brooke and Coach Sam were so welcoming and made my son’s first class an amazing experience! He had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!
