Kidstrong has been amazing for our daughter! She’s been going for over 3 years, and her confidence shines!

My daughter has been taking KidStrong classes for a few years now, and she LOVES them! She is strong all over now, but especially her upper body strength. As parents, we appreciate how structured the classes are, and that they focus on soft skills as well. It's been an ongoing positive experience!

My toddler was hesitant at first and needed time to warm up, the coaches were supportive and understanding. By the end of the first class he was doing all the challenges and having so much fun. He was so excited to get his jersey and is looking forward to going back!

Our grandson loves it! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
