We love the programming. New coaches are evident, but we are hopeful they will continue to improve!

This is a great place for da to work out their energy. To play hard and work on character. I love the programming and content of KidStrong. It has made a wonderful impact on our daughter.

We appreciate the station changes every week and having a leader kid demonstrate how the station flows is great. For our hyper active kid, I would like to suggest preparatory commands, "clap once if you can hear me...now we'll go over station demo", count down to "freeze" when ending station time..."3, 2, 1, freeze"

Kids Strong is a great program that builds strength, coordination, and confidence in all kids. The coaches are all great! They have an abundance of patience and knowledge that will fit all kinds of personalities and levels of skills. Highly recommend this program!
