The coaches were very involved with the kids, they made the class fun and were teaching valuable lessons during the class like confidence and team work.

Coach Rush and Coach Brooke and Coach Sam were so welcoming and made my son’s first class an amazing experience! He had so much fun and can’t wait to come back!

Basically the activities are clever and fun. My child is gaining confidence in her abilities. I love how you have added special assignments so the kids are able to help lead class and set up the course

We have enjoyed the flexibility of scheduling classes and the coaches are always so positive. Our son has enjoyed the program and has improved in his communication skills.

Bring back the features of the old app. Kids loved the progress tracking. Photos and gamified activities. The new app is just booking really. I don’t like sharing photos over insecure email. Go back to keeping photos protected by member account app access is best. Also multiple emails or accounts for mom and dad and/or grandparents to manage classes. Staff turn over rates are tough on the kids. The coaches are great but the turn over causes instability and anxiety in the kids.

The app is a terrible way to identify how many classes are left and available. I’ve tried to capture my 5th class in a billing cycle when there’s an extra one out there, and it’s always a trainwreck to do it
