The coaches are fantastic. The activities are age appropriate and well thought out! A great social environment for the kids to learn how to be a friend, work together and learn new skills.

On my son’s first day; Coach Rusch & Coach Allison did an amazing job getting my son to warm up to the group and eventually my son was super excited to participate and was doing the circuits effortlessly. They are both great with leading children and it really is a niche opportunity for your child to build their physical abilities and confidence at KidStrong!

Overall the new ownership is a little like the old. Great coaches move on for whatever reason. Kids get attached and then have to learn someone new every 4-6 weeks. I’d say the program is better with use of the whole floor and equipment and creative ways. Coaches sometimes get pulled in many directions or can’t focus on correcting or coaching kids proper techniques. That’s always been an issue even in smaller classes. GM could be more personable often head down when we come in. If multitasking with admin duties not worth juggling and not make connections with kids and parents. There is no admin work without them. This is not just current GM but lots in that role. The old Coach Maddie was great did a good job balancing work and greeting and setting and keeping a standard for the kids and coaches. The new app is good but boy lack of thought on merging history from the old. So many badges and photos and rank up/level up history gone? Don’t know both apps seem to still work. New app is good for parents but old app better for kids. Do you all care if the kids get anything out of the new app? What’s there for them. I’m raising a kid in 2025. Build out that app. Add challenges at home. Games. Quizzes. Etc. lots of opportunities. Love kid strong but can be better. Happy to chat face to face or phone.

The coaches on Monday were perfect for my daughter and her needs! They took a teaching approach, were encouraging, and kept the standards high by providing feedbacks on skills and techniques.

My kids love KidStrong! They've grown so much in confidence, strength, and coordination. The coaches are incredible—patient, loving, and always full of positive energy that makes every session fun. We also love the community; the families are supportive, and even the siblings have fun playing on the sidelines. It's been a great experience all around.
