We have seen more important with physical ability doing KidStrong than we have with physical therapy.

The coaches do a great job keeping the kids engaged. They are understanding that a 2 year old will not always follow directions, and are friendly about that. The facility is so clean and the staff are always smiling.

My kids enjoyed going every week they always are looking forward to going, its a great place for them to visit and enjoy themselves

As a sport psychologist, KidStrong follows research perfectly. Through having fun and moving their bodies, they teach kids confidence, discipline, and teamwork. As a mom, I love that he can set small goals (the next T shirt, or to win a competition) and watch himself and his team achieve them.
