Our daughter LOVES coming to Kidstrong!! It’s a great way to get some energy out and have fun!

Because we like how it’s organized and engaging kids for the whole 45 mins..

I love how challenging the workouts are and a lot of variety, it never seems to be the same thing which is awesome!

Its helped my son so much and he loved going!

Overall, it was a great experience. My daughter had an amazing time, and her coaches were outstanding. They were incredibly supportive, encouraging. Their positive attitude made a big difference and contributed to a wonderful experience for our family.

The experience at KidStrong is fantastic. We’ve seen our son grow in confidence and gain valuable life skills. All of the coaches at KidStrong Omaha are wonderful. They get to know the kids and really engage with them.

I love most everything about the program. Fundamentals are great, coaches are great, facility is great. I took off two stars on the program because I would like to see corporate remove the monster push and replace with wholesome characters instead. I also would like to see Halloween and Santa removed. Not everyone idolizes it ;)

It was a great first experience for our son, he is excited to start!
