Great staff and very well organized classes

The coaches and staff are great with my son and he loves it there! Since starting KidStrong when it first opened my son has gained so much confidence and I have loved watching him achieve his goals there!

It has been a wonderful experience for him. He genuinely enjoys attending each session, which says a lot on its own. The coaches are well-spoken, patient, and great at communicating with both the kids and parents. The activities are fun, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to build strength, coordination, and overall confidence. I’ve noticed positive growth not just physically, but also in his self-assurance. It’s a supportive, energetic environment, and I’m very happy with the impact it’s had on my son.
