I think you guys really deliver on your mission statement. Great for building strength, confidence, critical thinking and relationship building. They can compete, develop skills, learn to work together with all different types of kids.I think that the long game could use some work, kids who have been on the program and are higher ranking could be pushed more of have different programming and potentially different age groups. A kid who has been in the program 2 years that is 10 years old looking for twinkle the monster and learning a dance is a little juvenile.I think the program is absolutely great for kids who are just starting organized activities and learning to use their bodies or kids who have limitations on being able to survive modern day youth sports.Your run of the mill capable 10 year old shouldn’t be doing programming that resembles Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. So would i recommend KidStrong, yes. To a very specific criteria of child. I think alot of kids will quickly outgrow the programming for the older age groups if they are even semi physical kids with emotional regulation.

Every coach, especially Coach Shelby, have made Mya experience so much better. She is shy, scared of new people, and really has a hard time with new activities. She is showing so much growth since starting.

Coach Brandon had great energy and enthusiasm even when kids weren't the most cooperative. Structured class and well maintained facility. Only issue is had was not being able to log into or even sign up for the app no matter how many times I had the one time code or trying the forgot my password option.

My son is extremely hyper active I loved the fact that the coach was understanding, patient, and took the time to sit with Joseph when he was having trouble and getting irritated and frustrated and calming him down and getting him ready to start the new activity!

Lucas had so much fun and everything was very well-organized. I also appreciate the cognitive exercise that is part of each class.

We are thrilled to be back for the summer, and it is the highlight of my daughter’s week to come to class – and the coach remembered her from last year!
