I love that the idea of KidStrong and I think it was executed perfectly! From when you walk in the door and the coaches remember your kids name after meeting them only once. to during the class they don’t only have exercise for your kid, they have incorporated shapes and colors and memory games. I will always recommend KidStrong!

This was such a great experience for my child and myself! I loved the interaction between the coaches and all of the kids. The different skill sets were fun, engaging, and a decent level of challenge without being unachievable. My son was glowing with confidence the entire time. I am so excited to continue our journey with KidStrong.
