It’s a great way for me to get all 3 of my boys in something appropriate for all their ages and in one stop. I can tell the coordination learned in their classes is translating to baseball, basketball, and soccer activities also.Bathrooms are typically a little messy but the mats and exercise areas are clean, which was the reason for the 3 star there.

My child is not only getting help in growing stronger but gaining some big time confidence. The skills that are worked on are helping him to grow socially, in a way I hadn't anticipated.

We have seen more important with physical ability doing KidStrong than we have with physical therapy.

The coaches do a great job keeping the kids engaged. They are understanding that a 2 year old will not always follow directions, and are friendly about that. The facility is so clean and the staff are always smiling.

The staff/coaches are incredibly welcoming, patient and kind with all the kids, and there’s a lot of different personalities in there. We are so happy to see our kids growing in confidence and strength!
