remmy is diagnosed with autism, adjustment disorder and anxiety. interacting with other people that she didn’t know make her shutdown. But with the program and the coaches, it changes her. She opened up and started to interact. There are still some shyness but big improvement.

Great culture of coaches and supportive family members in class! Overall just a positive, fun experience. We can definitely tell our toddler has gained a lot of confidence during her time here!

The kids love it. Its not boring and repetitive like gymnastics can be. We switched both kids over from gymnastics to kidstrong!

We have experience with KidStrong from years ago with our daughter. Now our son attends and nothing has changed! The facility, program, and classes are just as amazing! My daughter is very athletic but was very shy and getting bullied at school. She loved the activities and her confidence and social skills greatly improved! She could finally make friends! My son (4) is very outgoing, but struggles with strength and coordination. We tried gymnastics and some sports and it didn't seem to help. I knew KidStrong was the place to go next. He has attended about 12 classes. I love that the coaches take the time to actually show him how to physically move his body efficiently (position his feet and explain things in detail) and encourage him to keep going when he struggles. He can now jump off two feet, balance on one foot, and he pushes himself instead of giving up when he's frustrated, as just a few examples of many. The coaches are amazing and the atmosphere is so positive and encouraging. I can't say enough good things. We LOVE KidStrong for so many reasons! :) From, the Albrecht Family. ❤️

The growth we have seen in our son over a short 10 weeks is proof the program works. He loves being a KidStrong kid!
