Good variety of activities, seems like class is different every time, but consistency in the format so kids know what to expect. I thought the instructors would be a little bit more engaged, they kind of seemed to just be going through the motions.

Coaches do a great job keeping everyone on task and challenging the kids physically. Every class is different so far which makes it fun.
