I really appreciated the open communication and understanding from the coaches. We were greeted promptly and warmly as well setting the tone positive for the morning. I appreciated the coaches for understanding my daughter’s hesitations due to her autism and their interest in working with her to make this a fun and comfortable experience for future visits. It’s not often you find places where they seem interested in making adjustments or the extra effort so it was comforting to see. I’m hopeful Nani will enjoy and ease in to future classes with the friendly coaches.

The class was very fun and upbeat for my child. It was also a good work out for myself as a parent.

My child had an amazing experience and she always enjoys the classes. This past Mother’s Day weekend stood out since the smaller group made it feel more personalized. The coaches were incredibly hands-on and took time to guide her through proper technique during drills while still keeping everything fun and engaging. What really makes the difference is the staff. They are consistently warm, encouraging, and genuinely amazing with the kids. It’s a space where confidence, movement, and joy all come together.

Coach Jill and Coach Woods are both so engaging and have a way of organizing the chaos with a group of toddlers where the class is still constructive.

We had a great experience at KidStrong. My little girl was pretty shy at first, but the coaches did an awesome job helping her feel comfortable and she really warmed up as the class went on.By the end, she was fully engaged and even participated in everything. She did get a little emotional at the end, but it was actually because she received an award which was a great moment for us since we’re working on helping her get more comfortable with attention.Overall, really positive experience, supportive environment, and we’re excited to keep going.

I think that in addition to being a place where Danna has fun, it also helps her socialize with other children and improve their physical motor skills, which is what I am looking for
