KidStrong has helped my child improve his confidence. It has also helped him world in a team. The coaches play a really big part and are amazing.

The classes are organized, intentional, and high energy. Every instructor has high energy and builds strong relationships with the kids.

Awesome coaches, friendly and helpful and extremely caring and focused on the kids. Very clean. Awesome experience.

We love KidStrong! I highly recommend for any child. Such a positive and motivating environment! The coaches are all wonderful! The only downside is that there isn’t always the opportunity to teach or show the kids proper form. But, they try their best! My son has a blast and leaves drenched in sweat most classes, lol! THANK YOU KIDSTRONG!
