We were looking for a challenging physical class that would also help our 5yo learn teamwork and self-confidence. Kidstrong is exactly what we were looking for.

I loved that the dedicated kid-sized equipment and setup, vs gymnastics facilities that try to make the regular equipment work for toddlers. I liked that the kids were asked to help with putting away equipment.

Staff isv very friendly and helpful. Coaches are great with the kids and the program changes every class so kids stay engaged
