The coach’s are absolutely amazing! All the kids have fun and leave class with smiles on their faces. Look forward to going every Monday.

Had my first class with my son on Sunday and it was great. The coaches were awesome and great guidance and encouragement and I actually end up signing up for a membership for my son to go so I’m very excited.

My daughter attended a similar program and was incredibly unengaged with it. Since switching to kid strong she is more outgoing and loves to participate in class.

I really appreciated Dominic letting Jordyn explore and get adjusted to the environment. We felt so at ease with her experiencing this for the first time.

Teach good life skills. Keeps athletes engaged

All the coaches were so great, my daughter is usually very shy and shuts down when shes nervous but coach Matt stayed with her and encouraged her and brought her out of her shell and she had the time of her life and can't wait to go back to class. It was so great seeing how much she loved it and was motivated.

They have a wonderful program and the staff do an amazing job with the kids and keeping the space safe and clean

We see the growth in our son in such a short period of time.
