I love the coaches especially coach Matt and Cole. Very hands on with the kids and love the momentum they have and share with the kids.

What keeps us coming back to KidStrong is the combination of the well-trained coaches and well-designed programs. The coaches are warm, attentive, and make each child feel seen and supported, while the thoughtfully designed activities build confidence through fun and age-appropriate challenges. It has also been a wonderful opportunity for family bonding.

KidStrong was an experience every kid should have. This program allows a kid to show what they are capable of and what their bodies can do. They are celebrated for their achievements and accomplishments. I would recommend this program to all parents.
