I believe this is fundamental for kids of all ages. Makes them use muscles at a young age.

I have been looking for something for my son’s activity level that would be beneficial to him. We found it here! The coaches were great! The activities were centered on the kids abilities and most importantly challenges him to be his best self! It truly takes a village! Thank you KidStrong!

This was our first time taking our daughter and we where very pleased, from the time we walked in be greeted so pleasantly too the communication with the kids, everything was definitely a 10 out of 10, We look forward to returning with our daughter.
