We love everything about Kidstrong from the staff, to the coaches, to the program and all of the positives it brings to these young children!

The coaches are great, friendly and caring towards all ages and skill levels. They truly try to accommodate all kids there and accept when they act like kids.

We love KidStrong! All the coaches are professional, respectful and patient with all of the children in the classes. It is a great workout for the kids and they have a blast moving their bodies.

We have seen such a positive difference in my daughter, Kinzlee, since starting KidStrong. Her confidence has grown so much—it’s amazing to see, especially since she used to be very shy and reserved.I am extremely happy with her progress in class, and all of the instructors are wonderful. You can truly tell they love what they do, and it makes such a difference for the kids.

Autumn is excited to go every week, she asks about it multiple times a week. The coaches/staff are all friendly & great with the kiddos. I’ve seen Autumn grow in confidence & skills since starting & it’s a great way to get some energy out.
