Because the programming of the classes is extremely well thought out. It does a better job of getting kids to exercise in beneficial ways than any other thing I’ve ever seen. They go through pretty intense workouts without ever getting bored, and they remain extremely engaged the whole time. And the coaches seem very passionate which is huge. No kid gets left behind in a workout.

It’s an all around amazing program! I love the independent obstacle courses and the team building exercises. I also love the trivia in between ! I was over all throughly impressed with what I saw. I do think at some points clearer direction would be helpful.

My son has improved in many different categories since joining. We could not be more impressed with the coaching staff!
