We love KidStrong which has helped build my son’s confidence and muscular strength!! Everyone is so professional and seems excited to be at work :) shout out to Coach Lorenzo as I have seen how much his coaching style has given my son the skills and patience to shape his overall development!

The coaches catch the attention of their little audience with clear articulation, great demonstrations and enthusiasm and encouragement. The variety of activities and consistent structure along with transitioning from one activity to the next are excellent.

Our son was so happy and excited after his class he said he wanted to stay longer and come back every day! Loved seeing how proud he was of himself. Great job guys.

The coaches are so great with the little kids, even when class is difficult trying to get a bunch of two year olds to pay attention. They are so sweet and make the class fun. I recommend KidStrong to all my mom friends.

Sebastian enjoys the variety of challenging activities and has been progressing with his confidence.

The communication was great, and the were staff friendly and informative. I loved how the coaches demonstrated each activity to the group, offered transition from one activity to the other and kept the kids engaged throughout the entire 45 minutes. I like the encouragement to support and celebrate the wins of their fellow StrongKids teammates. I spoke to one parent who spoke highly of the program and said his son had attended for two years. Looking forward for the next few weeks.

There's good structure within individual age programs, and still the flexibility of allowing kids to fail while pressing forward. The coaches do a good job of keeping the children accountable while having fun.

We had our first class recently and everyone was very friendly and made my son feel at ease. It was a very positive experience.
